Zoë has worked with a wide variety of people and organisations that recently include:

Age Concern, Coley Porter Bell (Branding and Design), Farm (Advertising), Off to Work (Events), Samaritans, Tesco, Accountant, Head Master, Head of Operations, Lawyer, Learning and Development Director, Sales Director, various Small Business Owners.

She gained her coaching certificate through one of the world’s top coaching organisations, Coaching Development, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation (the only globally-recognised coaching body).

In addition Zoë is qualified as a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner and ensures she stays at the forefront of coaching best practice by using her own coach and coach supervisor. She undertakes regular professional development, recently including: Conflict in the Workplace, Leadership Coaching: Developing Elite Performance, Resilience – Personal and Organisational, Appreciative Inquiry.

Background

Prior to coaching Zoë spent 20+ years in marketing and general management with Unilever, Kimberly-Clark and Diageo. She has led multi-national and multi-functional teams, launching and developing brands such as Persil, Huggies, Andrex and Pimms.

She has spent 4 years living and working in Amsterdam, but is now based in Surrey with her husband and two children. In her spare time she enjoys good food and wine and keeping her dog fit. She is also a school governor.
